  • Estimated annual base pay: $108,600 (minimum) - $135,700 (midpoint) - $162,800 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Program Manager, The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products or derivatives. Program Manager will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost. What We Are Looking For
  • U.S.- master's degree in arts/sciences preferred. MBA or International equivalent preferred.
  • U.S. - bachelor's degree in arts/sciences required.
  • More than 10 yrs. experience working within a matrix organization.
  • 2-5 years Program Management or Technical filed preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in product life cycle (management process)
  • Coordinate/lead multiple projects of med-high complexity within a matrix organization including Sales and Marketing, Operations, and the Product Line Directors.
  • Participate in strategic growth planning/margin enhancement planning processes.
  • Act as a liaison and support for Sales and Marketing functions primarily with military customers and military products.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales and Operations managers.
  • Participate in and support new business development (proposals).
  • Drive relevant project and project status communications external customers and within the WWD matrix organizations.
  • Monitor progress through project management reviews.
  • Manage and work through Sales and Marketing and the project launch teams to ensure that the project scope and outcome is achieved.
  • Execute, monitor and control the schedule, deliverables, risk management and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.
  • Responsible for allocating resources and management of the project team. Proactively manages potential conflict and resource constraints within the matrix, including within Operations.
  • Leverage the use of the Woodward PLC (Product-Lifecycle) process to support product development.
  • Works across business to resolve elevated issues internally and with the customer, ensuring barriers that could impede program progress are removed.
  • Leads the assigned product line projects to meet business objectives and profitability for new and existing product offering.
  • Develops, supports, and nurtures strategic relationships with customers or industry organizations/associations for the assigned product line. Coordinates with Sales and Operations teams to act as the primary point of contact for the projects.
  • Presents and represents project status to customer and Woodward senior leadership as necessary.
