Administrator for systems used within the business line - address all system related issues, enhancement and research/development aspects, and serve as liaison between the line of business stakeholders and the ITS department on system related issues and activities. Monitor issues impacting customers, risk management, and efficiency improvement. Respond to research requests for new product offering, enhancements to the system and better utilization of system capabilities. Assist in conversions and acquisitions. Train department colleagues on the operational aspects of the systems relating to upgrades, conversions to new systems, and product delivery. Develop operational and regional reports utilizing the appropriate software programs and databases. Coordinate report delivery and scheduling.

This person will,

  • Serve as business line systems specialist to handle all system related issues, enhancements and research/ development aspects of the systems used within the business line.

  • *Serve as liaison between business line and the ITS department on system related issues and activities. Monitor issues impacting customers, risk management, efficiency improvement and regulatory changes via the use of an issues log.

  • Improve operations, automate functions, implement changes, and increase productivity and efficiency. Identify functionality issues and communicate to programming staff for future releases.

  • Respond to research requests for new product offering, enhancements to the systems and better utilization of system capabilities and/or reporting.

  • Review entries, reports and accruals to verify accuracy. Make necessary adjustments. .

Requirements
Education

  • Associate's Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred

Experience

  • 2-4 years Deposit, Payment, and Loan Services, Business Analyst, Information Technology, or Bank Operations Required
    4-7 years Deposit, Payment, and Loan Services, Business Analyst, Information Technology, or Bank Operations Preferred
