We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team. Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting. Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes. Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department. Qualifications Include: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy NBCOT certification Specific skills: knowledge and experience in infant/pediatrics EEO/M/F/D/V
