Vesta, Inc. is a not for profit, financially sound, mental health company which is expanding throughout the Maryland area. Vesta provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to include clinic, day program, and residential homes for those suffering from mental health disorders.
Vesta, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to work in the community, home, and our centers in Germantown and Silver Spring locations with individuals and families suffering from mental illness in an effort to enhance their quality of life. Services provided are to be individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment. This individual would provide services to assist clients with learning and developing independent living skills, social skills, illness management and strategies, and self-care skills. Support is also to be provided to clients with accessing and coordinating benefits, additional services, and community-based resources.
Hours are Flexible: Combination of in-person and virtual services provided to clients throughout the week. POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Health and Human Services field; and/or
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the behavioral health field
- Valid Driver's License; and reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients at all times
- Attention to detail and follow through
- Strong computer skills, with familiarity to the Microsoft products
- Able to coach and teach with the purpose to obtain outcomes
