General Purpose and Scope of Position: The primary role of the Plant Operator Lead is to assist the Plant Operations Manager in all aspects of production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness in daily activities. This role is a working lead who will assist in leading the lines while the Plant Operations Manager is as needed. This may include packaging, filling, assisting in formulation, or housekeeping. Candidates are well-driven self-starters who can work with a close-knit team to meet customers' demands efficiently. While this role does not directly supervise employees, it will lead the daily production activities. Key Skills and Abilities Include:
