A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Manage and edit the growth marketing lead propensity model
  • Automate the monthly accrual processes and other various reporting and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot lead intake issues within the CRM system
  • Build datasets using SQL from the EDW
  • Work with the tech and reporting teams to integrate media engine spend into the EDW
  • Understand the data architecture and lead flow process for all marketing channels
  • Collaborate across various marketing and tech teams working with engineers and analysts to integrate more efficient processes
  • Help support marketing stakeholders

What You'll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • BA/BS degree preferably in a related field i.e. Computer Science, Economics, Analytics
  • Minimum of 6 years working in a similar professional role
  • Advanced knowledge of python and SQL
  • Experience working with and building big datasets
  • Strong understanding of data architecture
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and lead funnels
  • Experience with APIs, CRMs and lead flows
  • Predictive modeling experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with media engine platforms - Big Query, Tealium, Google analytics etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving efficiency in processes.
  • Easily adopt to new technology
