Your Role With Us:Salem Health is seeking unscheduled Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health Care professional to join the Salem Health Medical Group Woodburn Clinic. As a contributing member of the care team, you will collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced primary care environment.Our patients receive comprehensive medical services through our robust Medical Group of more than 330 employed providers, including 20 specialties and advanced practice practitioners. Salem Health Medical Group focuses on enhancing the patient experience and providing higher levels of care coordination.
