Your Role With Us:Salem Health is seeking unscheduled Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health Care professional to join the Salem Health Medical Group Woodburn Clinic. As a contributing member of the care team, you will collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced primary care environment.Our patients receive comprehensive medical services through our robust Medical Group of more than 330 employed providers, including 20 specialties and advanced practice practitioners. Salem Health Medical Group focuses on enhancing the patient experience and providing higher levels of care coordination. Salem is uniquely positioned geographically to serve a broad catchment area including metropolitan and rural communities and boasts active lifestyle opportunities unique to the Pacific Northwest.Background/Expertise:Education & Licensure: Master of Social Work degree from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work EducationCurrent, unrestricted licensure as a LCSW through the Oregon State Board of Licensed Social Workers; OR A graduate degree in counseling psychology and a current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists; ORA Psy.D., Ph.D., or an Ed.D. in Clinical Psychology and current, unrestricted licensure as a Psychologist through the Oregon State Board of PsychologyExperience: Two years of experience in integrated primary care setting preferred.Special knowledge, skills, & abilities: Bilingual Spanish/English PreferredWhy Salem Health?Not-for-profit hospital, licensed for 644 acute-care bedsLargest private employer in the state of OregonLevel II trauma center and Life Flight hubBusiest emergency department on the West CoastMagnet designationEPIC EMRDesignated as a Top Workplace in OregonCommunity members honored Salem Health nine times in the "2022 Best of the Mid-Valley" awardsLive amidst Oregon's Wine Country in the beautiful Willamette Valley1-hour drive to the Pacific Ocean, 1.5-hour drive to Mt.
