NorthEast Electrical is looking for an exceptional team player to join our Warehouse Quality Team!

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Location: Brockton, MA (on site)

About the position:

As a member of the CDC Warehouse Organization, you will be part of Quality Care team responsible for maintaining the CDC inventory integrity, researching order shortages, item discrepancies and inventory discrepancies and assisting the Sales team in ticket maintenance when necessary. Duties and assignments may include the following functions: inventory adjustments, interaction with Purchasing, Sales, and CDC personnel as well as interaction with personnel located at other branches. Some customer interaction, both internal and external, will also be required.

What a typical day looks like in this role:

  • Daily research of shortages and CDC Alerts issued on orders and transfers.
  • Close interaction with the Receiving Dept and assisting in receiving related issues.
  • Ticket and stock maintenance with regards to shorts and required changes from Sales.
  • Interaction with Receiving, Purchasing, Sales, Regional Admins and all CDC/branch personnel/departments.
  • Stock checks and inventory maintenance/adjustments.
  • Daily logging of research findings for the purpose of Warehouse Metrics.
  • Accurately complete paperwork, documentation, and data tracking on a timely basis.
  • Regular interaction with Transportation department and drivers.

What we are looking for you to bring to us:

  • Ability to organize, multi-task and research in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product knowledge is desirable.
  • Proficient understanding of data entry.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Proficient math and communication skills.
  • Dependable
  • Able to work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 70 lbs. manually and with PIT Equipment
  • Operating PIT Equipment - Training will be provided.
