The Company will provide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including the following: 1. Obtain and deliver material and equipment necessary to support plant maintenance and repair. 2. Work from diagrams, prints, specifications or verbal orders. 3. Use hand tools, powered tools and shop equipment. 4. Perform disassembly and assembly operations necessary to accomplish assignment. 5. Enter and retrieve data from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and order parts required to accomplish the tasks (except as relates to inventory, store, record, issue and any other duties related to material support technician.) In addition, each employee may be asked, on occasion, to complete other duties and responsibilities as required by Spirit leadership. Training and certification will be provided for the additional work when required. Qualifications
