Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company Overview:Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, renowned for innovation, quality, and operational excellence. They are committed to growth and seek a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent to support theirmanufacturing operations and drive our strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand workforce needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, industry networks, social media, and referrals to attract and engage qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Manage the candidate interview process, scheduling, and facilitating feedback sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively identifying future hiring needs and strategic talent acquisition opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for the company and promoting our culture and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing roles and requirements
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; familiarity with HR databases and candidate management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment practices

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
