Position Summary:

This position will lead projects to improve DSP department performance and will be in charge in providing detailed analysis and reporting able to support the DSP team. The purpose of the role is to elevate the team and drive decision making through data.

The DSP Senior analyst will support the processes redesign delivering projects and analytics including KPIs, performance metrics, and reports for performance visibility. As a main project He/She will lead the implementation of a new forecasting tool, from the design phase to the hypercare phase involving the Demand Planning team for a quick and smooth adoption. In the analytical side he/she will work to increase data granularity and automation of data source to increase speed in the decision making process

Key Responsibilities:

Project management
* Ability to deliver project respecting the timeline and the quality agreed
* Ability to build the proper way of working to facilitate people in respecting requirement
* Capacity to be recognized as leader, engaging participants and ensuring a positive work environment
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of project plan, reports, presentations, analysis and other advanced functionality
* Advanced skills with Power BI/Tableau to create user friendly reports and dynamic dashboards
Continuous Improvement
* Ability to identify improvement area across the department in a end to end perspective
* Development of tools or reporting to help drive data driven decisions amongst the team
* Ability to come up with innovative ideas to support operational challenges faced by the team
* Continuous internal collaboration to understand the challenges faced by the team
* Driving process improvements to support the function in elevating the customer experience
* Build and lead a effective and efficient Operational Reviews
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of project plan, reports, presentations, analysis and other advanced functionality (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL, Python is a plus)
Generate and Maintain the Forecast:
Demand planner has sufficient knowledge to be able to generate, maintain, and update a statistical forecast. Combining sales expectations, as well as incremental impactors and business nuances, the Demand Planner is responsible for finalizing the total volume forecast for submission to HQ.
KPI Tracking
* Ensures all monthly logistics KPIs are posted to HQ global KPI site
* Ability to identify trends and partner with 3PL Managers to drive improvements
* Provide financial and analytical support for the Logistics team by working in close contact with external operators
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of reports, presentations, and analysis and other advanced functionality
* Identify, develop/improve, and implement defined KPIs for the Logistics team, with a defined plan to make ongoing improvements in process and procedure
* Ensures all the Operational Reviews KPI's are updated in a regular basis

Experience & Education Requirements:

* BA/BS Degree required (Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred).
* At least 5+ years of supply chain, dsp manufacturing/distribution/warehouse operations or physical logistics experience preferred
* Professional Experience in DSP
* Evidence of successful process improvement leadership in operations and/or supply chain preferred
* Preferably previous experiences in consumer goods industry and/or B2C, retail logistics
* Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Ability to work on and lead multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate with different teams and levels within the organization
* Highly motivated and ability to demonstrate proactive problem solving
* Highly analytical.
* Advanced problem solving skills
* Detail oriented and able to consistently produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems
* Ability to tell stories through data and communicate at a high level to leadership.
* High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with a passion for telling stories with data
* 10% travel.

Theapproximate payrange for this position is $110,000.00to $120,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
