Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science related field

Work Experiences:

  • IT related internship or equivalent classroom experience
  • Experience presenting IT concepts and procedures to clients and/or faculty

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise applications (databases, tools, etc.)
  • Knowledge of various IT frameworks
  • Familiarity with various IT coding languages
  • Communication - effective listening, speaking, and writing, and able to create useful documentation
  • Multitasking/Organizational Skills - able to manage workload well and multitask; able to close tasks to move on to the next
  • Ability work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Ability to learn and grasp new technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver development assignments in support of Website releases
  • Adhere to code quality standards and guidelines
  • Develop new approaches to solve problems and deliver
  • Coordinate with Team Members to grow knowledge of digital and website capabilities
  • Participate in special projects related to the team and organization
  • Actively participate in project and team meetings
  • Interact with customers, peers, management with a positive and professional attitude
  • Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
  • Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
  • Regular attendance is required
