The Creative Operations, Sr Consultant II will be responsible for resource management, including planning, scheduling and allocating assignments for creative resources for Allstate's in house agency - which includes the Allstate Creative Center of Excellence. Allstate's in-house agency team is focused in makingworld-class ideasthat drive the Allstate business forward. Working in close partnership with several areas of responsibility throughout the company, this role will manage resourcing support for Allstate, National General, Direct Auto and Allstate Health Benefits advertising and marketing projects to optimize efficiency and quality of work, ultimately to drive enterprise and marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure creative teams are working on projects based on capacity, skillset, prioritization and career goals.
  • Maintain knowledge and status of all ongoing projects impacting marketing and advertising creatives.
  • Maintain close interaction with Marketing leaders to optimize structure and resolve under or over allocation of creative staffing.
  • Manage creative department schedules and workloads along with creative leads, operations manager and other PMs, rotate creative teams as needed.
  • Lead the weekly resourcing meeting, along with Creative Operations Sr. Manager: intake and triage. Communicate creative assignment weekly and as needed for fast-moving requests.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative leadership to regularly evaluate and prioritize creative requests, escalating stop doings as needed.
  • Support creative resource timekeeping implementation, ongoing maintenance and leadership reporting.
  • Recommend ways to merge disparate creative workstreams, while minimizing the disruption for delivery of work for cross-platform tool integrations.
  • Ensure all projects remain on budget and on schedule, while being a champion for creative quality.
  • Maintaining digital creative contingent worker forecast, budget and reporting.
  • Bridge Corporate Brand marketing plans with Creative project execution by maintaining pipeline and status reports for planned and ongoing creative projects.
  • Ability to project manage high priority or complex projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Manage Allstate Creative Agency resources' schedules and workloads through project staff plans.
  • Maintain status of work and identify gaps and opportunities in timelines, deliverables, resources, expectations, scopes, schedules, etc., pivoting and steering the team when needed and in the best interest of the marketing and creative product.
  • Recommend, document, communicate, and implement process improvements in the spirit of continuously improving workflows and efficiency of marketing and creative projects.
  • Ensure assigned creative projects move seamlessly from assignment to delivery and archive.
  • Experience working with automated agency workflow systems (Wrike or similar).

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
