KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability of the services
  • Oversee the management of all infrastructure incidents and requests, prioritizing according to impact and urgency; accountable for all P1 & P2 management and communication
  • Understand solution SDLC and help team to contribute to the solution to be production ready from the development phase
  • Participate in requirement gathering, onboarding and offboarding of solutions in the environment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, and effectively support software development and deployment processes
  • Oversee change management of infrastructure implementations
Qualifications
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in infrastructure operations, with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructures in a dynamic environment, including both on-premises and cloud-based platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud services (for example, Azure, AWS), virtualization technologies, and network architectures
  • Experience with automation tools and DevOps methodologies to streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
