Warehouse Manager

Purpose:

Oversee all shipping & receiving functions along with organization and space consolidation. Manage Asset Management team's implementation of Snap Tracker software and Best Practice to ensure customer satisfaction of their warehoused inventory. Identify and evaluate industry trends to serve as a source of information and advice for warehouse services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Proficient in all aspects of the SnapTracker database software.

* Coach and communicate scope of work, data and solutions to internal warehouse team.

* Provide estimates of time associated with inventory projects.

* Strategize new methods of generating revenue for the Asset Management department.

* Specify users and user access levels for each segment of database.

* Analyze data or information to uncover customer and service trends (metrics)

* Monthly Invoicing of Storage and Labor.

* Warehouse staff development.

* Create and promote quality processes.

Education & Experience:

* Minimum of 2-5 years of database and inventory management experience.

* High School Diploma required; Associate / Technical Degree in Information Technologies or related field preferred

* Proficient knowledge of Databases and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Snap Tracker software preferred.

* Project Spec and Commercial Furniture Industry Knowledge Preferred

* Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
