Job Summary

The Supervisor Retention Operations & Enablement partners with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and implement training, communications, reporting, compensation impacts, and system readiness for new products, promotions, initiatives, and processes.This role requires a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams and a consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and communications programs that align with the Retention strategy and objectives
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of readiness initiatives with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales/retentioin campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the learning and communications programs across the frontline including compliance and order quality.
  • Adapt and modify the learning and communications programs to respond to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Ensure that initiatives are measurable in terms of improving the capabilities of frontline teams and creating learning experiences.
  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of Retention/Sales enablement technology and tools, such as CRM systems, "buddy" AI platforms, and performance analytics, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree. Applicable years of experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of fiveyears of experience in sales/retention, sales/Retention training, readiness, or sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of the Optimum products, services, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and learning management systems.
