Advantage Technical is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic for our client in Littleton, MA!

Position Type
: Full-time, Direct hire.

Pay: $30-$35per hour (Weekends & Overtime as needed) $2.25 shift differential.

Shift: 3rd shift Mechanic 10pm - 6am Sunday - Thursday

Required: Maintenance and high speed automation experience.

Principal Responsibilities:



  • Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed.
  • Perform weekly/monthly/yearly preventative maintenance on assigned production line.
  • Responds to line calls as requested.
  • Repair and troubleshoot production equipment as needed
  • Upgrade areas with new equipment/technology; work with outside contractors working on assigned line.
  • Participates in special projects as needed.


Preferred Competencies:



  • 5+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience working with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
  • Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmissions.
  • Previous experience working with PLCs, conveyors and airveyors as well as electrical systems is preferred.
