Fabrication Support Technician

• B Shift: M-W 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, TH 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM (+$2.25/hr shift differential)
• C Shift: Fri-Sun 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, TH 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (+$3/hr shift differential)
• D Shift: Fri-Sun 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM, TH 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM (+$5/hr shift differential)

• Model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies.
• Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to meet output and quality standards.
• Rotate every 4 hours, accurately fulfill customer orders, and ensure quality practices are followed.
• Inspect and modify aluminum parts, ensure proper deburring, and meet customer specifications.
• Perform general machine maintenance, document process information, and keep the work area clean.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic math and troubleshooting; ability to detect defects, read blueprints, and use measuring tools.
