Job Summary

Join our cross-functional team in the Bay Area as a Nutrition Program Manager. In this unique vendor role, you will elevate wellbeing and nutrition across multiple sites, implement innovative regional and global programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive client engagement with up to 25% travel, and work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office). This position reports to the Global Wellbeing and Food Program Manager and offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping workplace wellbeing strategies, and significantly impact corporate and client-specific global wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive corporate and custom client-specific nutrition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with nutritional regulatory requirements and food safety.
  • Educate culinary teams and clients on Bon Appetit corporate wellness standards and manage nutrition-related client and guest interactions, including nutrition coaching.
  • Develop and execute nutrition programs, events and digital content, aligning them with broader client initiatives.
  • Manage nutrition budget and maintain up-to-date nutrition trends and scientific research.

Qualifications:

  • Background in nutrition education, culinary arts or hospitality with a focus on sustainability.
  • Master's degree preferred; R.D.N. credentials required.
  • 5+ years of experience in nutrition-related roles, ideally in educational or business settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in M.S. Office and nutrient analysis software; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner Credential (IFNCP) and/or background in culinary nutrition is preferred but not required.
