Part-Time Barista

Brew up more than just coffee as a Barista at one of Charlottes best kept secrets! (Trust us, it's a thing!)

Essential Functions:
Provide outstanding customer service
Communicate accurate product knowledge
Maintain clean and orderly appearance of the cafe
Assist in training volunteers
Know and apply cash handling procedures

Other Duties: Habitat Charlotte job related tasks as requested by Supervisor

Education/Skills: Customer Service experience

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to read, count and write to accurately enter items into register, and complete beginning of day and end of day procedures
Ability to lift, and apply pressure of at least 30 pounds

Approximately 18 hours per week, with some Saturday & holiday work required

Pay Rate: $10.25/hour plus great tips
