Position Summary:

The Account Executive III - Large Store plays an integral role in the team's success in achieving key performance indicators. This position develops and maintains best in class relationships with a specified list of retailers, leveraging the company's portfolio to influence and shape key retailer decisions and unleash the company's competitive advantage with data enabled technology to deliver industry leading share gains for the company.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Achieve genuine awareness of Customer strategy to generate annual synergistic growth plans between company and customer, inclusive of future Commercial strategy for year over year growth
  • Represent the company in Coca-Cola National Bottler Meetings and collaborate with the Bottling System to drive strategic goals
  • Drive customer price package plan decisions to achieve key strategic performance indicators and customer goals
  • Build mutually beneficial partnerships with customers to simultaneously grow the company's businesses
  • Develop and manage key strategic projects that drive results across the company
  • Coach and train Sales Operations teams on customer tools and initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong intuition to understand customers objectives
  • Pivot across multiple evolving priorities, while upholding administrative duties, trade time with key internal and external stakeholders, and conducting collaborative customer meetings
  • Manage time and resources effectively and efficiently in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Connect with cross functional partners to ensure superior execution of Retail strategies
  • Share best practices across Bottling System to drive continuous improvement
  • Influence people, processes, and resources to meet company's strategic priorities and improve capabilities
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 plus years of sales experience or HS Diploma/GED with 9 plus years of relevant sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, conflict and change management, and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated experience balancing strategic thinking with analytical conceptual problem-solving skills across a variety of programs and business partners
  • Ability to create and sell-in customer specific promotional programs and key initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience analyzing customer information and business trends using Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Ability to manage the needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems
  • Advanced skills inMicrosoft Applications, i.e., Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Travel up to 35%
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree
  • 4 plus years of Consumer Package Goods (CPG) experience
  • 4 plus years of people leadership experience
