Position Title:Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Business Unit:Human Resources

Reports to:Supervisor of Recruiting

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. This includes assistance in job postings, screenings, sourcing, scheduling interviews, preparing reports and presentations, marketing materials, and maintaining internal resources and vendor agreements. It is also highly involved in operational activities with our early talent recruitment and programs, including coordination of events and speakers, internal and external media articles and postings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative support: Maintain accurate records and internal resources on scheduled events, activities, and candidates. Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.

Event Planning and Execution: Assist with planning and coordination of on-campus recruitment and internship program activities. Arrange logistics as needed, including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, event materials, and promotional items. Track event attendance and gather feedback to continuously improvise recruitment strategies.

Campus Engagement: Assist in coordination of job fairs, events, and job postings with designated colleges, universities and student groups. Attend engagement opportunities as assigned.

Candidate Management: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with identification of talent through online sourcing, in-person events and phone screens. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies. Develop and distribute engaging recruitment materials, including job postings, newsletters, and social media content.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to travel to various campuses and recruitment events as needed
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in event planning or campus outreach
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment tools
Passion for working with students and helping them launch their careers

Licensures/Certifications Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position:

Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements or Work Conditions Beyond Traditional Office Work:

Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
