• Verify eligibility and benefits for all IV Therapy patient services.
• Obtain or initiate authorizations.
• Work closely with providers to ensure procedures have been authorized or initiated.
• Provide weekly inhouse report by financial class of all large balances.
• Weekly meetings with the business office to review charity applications, denials, outstanding accounts, and provide insight to case review.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• PC experience with Excel
• Demonstrated experience with dealing with insurance payors
• Writing/editing skills necessary to produce appropriate documentation and communications

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years billing experience
