Who We Are: ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company. We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

Position Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition, and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.

Responsibilities



  • Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
  • Develop and assist in developing and maintaining share point sites, pages, lists, to enable document storage, communication and sharing.
  • Responsible for conducting business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition, and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business conditions.
  • Develops and analyzes metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures, and business systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
  • Analyzing data models to deliver logical conclusions.


Required



  • Five (5) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle process and procurement best practices.
  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply new methods as required by the particular analysis.
  • Proficient in inventing processes or systems, (conducting tests, surveys and workshops to ensure positive outcomes).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent at SharePoint.


Desired



  • Developed documentation for OCPO and IRS CIO to implement OCPO managed technology solutions.
