Position Title: Retail Supervisor Business Unit: Retail Position Reports to: Retail Sr. Manager/ Store Manager Positions Reporting to this Role: Retail Cashiers / Sales Associates Location: Right Angle Sports Wage Range: $23.00-27.00/hr. DOE Retail Floor Supervisor: Provides an engaging customer experience through friendly and efficient service. Looking for an upbeat personality with organizational skills who enjoys challenges. Can demonstrate excellent customer service, product knowledge, and maintain the store's appearance. Works with the store manager and Sr. Manager to maintain floor expectations and to manage inventory levels. Needs to be able to learn our computer inventory system and the knowledge to run POS and operating systems. Can assist Cashiers with customer services problems, warranties, exchanges, and special orders. Can take charge and make quality decisions supporting the team. Job Requirements:
