As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Technology Officer you will critical administrative support to the CTO, proactively anticipate needs and act as a strategic and reliable partner in a fast-moving, technology driven environment. Candidates must be able to reliably travel to St. Petersburg, FL regularly. Primary Functions: ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Task Management: Participate in technology meetings, assist with note taking and follow up activities. Review reports and assist with escalations. Track, prioritize, and follow action items, ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are honored. * Communications: Draft and edit correspondence, emails, presentations, social media, and other documents as needed. Serve as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with outreach via digital channels. * Expense Reports: Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies. * Research and Projects: Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compile findings, and present summaries to support decision-making processes. Handle project-based tasks from inception to completion with minimal supervision. * Sales Support: Attend sales meetings, assist with follow-up activities and outreach campaigns. * Other duties as assigned Secondary Functions: Specific Requirements:
