What You Will Do: The Web, LMS and CRM Administrator is responsible for effectively managing and supporting the university's web and learning management systems. This includes overseeing our Salesforce environments, managing the TerminalFour CMS, and handling the local LMS environment (D2L). The role will also involve working with the LMS API, configuring external services or products to integrate with various systems, extracting data for reporting, and leading monthly testing and updates for the D2L system. The administrator ensures seamless system operations, enhances efficiency, and provides critical insights for the university through data analysis. Essential Responsibilities
Oversee and provide support operational functions of our Salesforce enrollment and advancement CRM instances at NLU. This includes managing data integrity, user training, system customization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and effective use of the CRM systems
