Required:Related experience - 4 years; Previous experience in Project Management

Associate's Level Degree preferred

Required:Driver's License

The Maintenance Team Coordinator is responsible for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices. Contributes to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, management of resources and participation in goal accomplishment.

Job Summary

To plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in a safe working condition. The Maintenance Team Coordinator is responsible for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, management of resources and participation in goal accomplishment.

All licenses, certifications or registrations must be maintained in area of specialty.

Qualifications:

ALD - Associate's Level Degree Driver's License - Certification - Other/National, Driver License - Certification - North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV), Driver License - Certification - Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (VDMV), Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Equipment Certification - Certification - Other/National Project Management, Related experience
