Date Posted: July 31, 2024 UCCE County office (TBD) The 4-H Community Education Supervisor 1 (4-H CE Supervisor 1) will provide immediate supervision to the 4-H Community Education Specialist 2 staff within Region 10: Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Kern, Inyo-Mono Counties. The 4-H CE Supervisor 1 will build bridges between counties, managing conflict and providing consistent leadership, with a focus on supervision, programmatic leadership, training, budgeting and administration. They will also build community partnerships, conduct program evaluation, and ensure policy compliance among the 4-H programs within their counties. This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed. Pay Scale: $51,700 to $70,400/yr. This job is open until filled. The first application review date will be 08/14/2024.
