Job Description:

The PMO Program Coordinator acts as the primary staffing manager and is responsible for coordinating and implementing various projects and initiatives within the program. They work closely with the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (dPM) to ensure that the program is running efficiently and effectively. The PMO Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing program schedules, coordinating program activities, and providing administrative support to Program Management Office. The PMO Program Coordinator is responsible for improving and maintaining the culture of the program to ensure they align with the PM's vision for employee happiness and well-being.

The PMO Program Coordinator shall possess the following capabilities:



  • Act as the primary Staffing Manager for the Program
  • Ensure 100% staffing within the allotted timeline
  • Communicate technical staffing requirements per SOW to subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain labor category templates per contract requirements
  • Maintain staffing metrics and staffing tool to monitor and report compliance requirements per the contract (award fee criteria, SOW, key personnel)
  • Track per labor category, company, time of initial identification to start date, time to fill, etc.
  • Build a pipeline of critical or hard to find skills to include key personnel
  • Track compliance of all socioeconomic JV statutory regulations
  • Track compliance of all personnel for required certifications and/or CWIP
  • Review resumes with deputy program manager to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with appropriate contract personnel and candidate
  • Responsible for new personnel orientations
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Talent and Security teams as required
  • Develop a weekly, monthly and ad hoc business rhythm with subcontractors to communicate staffing requirements
  • Engages and aligns team members with the program and company's vision, mission, and core values. The PMO Program Coordinator supports creating and driving an integrated culture within the program. Collaborates with team members across the organization to enhance engagement by supporting initiatives that promote our organizational values.
  • Coordinate and schedule program activities, including meetings and events
  • Assist in preparing program reports and presentations
  • Support program evaluation and data collection efforts
  • Continuously improve program operations and processes
  • Assist in delivery of all technical deliverables, as required
  • Develop regular business rhythm with all subcontractors, working closely with program management office
  • ITAR
  • Work with PM, dPM, Security, and Customer to identify countries and organizations required for ITAR compliance
  • Provide training per ITAR regulations; ensure annual compliance for all personnel
  • Work with company export control coordinator to submit license and amendments to DDTC
  • Ensure compliance with DSP85 per the defined provisos


Qualifications:



  • Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software


  • Desired:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
    • Strong organizational and project management skills




Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
