POSITION SUMMARY:

Sugarbush Resort is searching for a Front Desk Agent to work at our Health & Recreation Center, known as the SHaRC. The Front Desk Agent will greet members, resort guests, and general public. They will make sure customer service needs are met - including check-ins, appointment booking, membership sales, and retail sales using RTP. If one doesn't already have it, they must obtain a Department of Liquor Control certification to help with the new task of beverage sales. Full and Part time positions available!

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Working with all of our guests to ensure they have a good experience visiting our facility.
  • Checking guests into and out of the club, checking guests into appointments, and helping guests in any way needed.
  • Selling of products: massage, membership, climbing wall, sims, and retail items.
  • Assigned tasks, help with small maintenance projects (towels, emptying trash, keeping desk area & entryway clean and occasional aid with snow removal.)


QUALIFICATIONS :
  • An out-going person with a high school education or equivalent.
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage large queues of people.
  • Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and learn our Point of Sales System.
  • Must be able to maintain an awareness of all Resort activities and be able to discuss these with guests.
  • Must become knowledgeable about all SHaRC products and be able to help match the correct offering with each guest's need.
  • Must be confident and able to enforce policies and procedures while at the same time delivering excellent customer service and appeasing clients in an appropriate way should an issue arise.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
