Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician in the Women's Pelvic Medicine clinic, performs a wide variety of patient care activities in support of treating women's pelvic floor conditions, including urinary incontinence, vaginal prolapse and urinary tract infections. This includes prioritizing and assisting in patient triage processing, preparation and assistance with patient examinations, administering medications, collecting and preparing laboratory tests, and patient education. Position requires initiative, able to prioritize critical demands and the ability to work in a team environment. The LVN will be primarily responsible for performing procedures, cystoscopies, PTNS, catheter changes, and any other patient centered activities within the scope of practice for a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $82,601 - $82,601 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $39.56 - $39.56 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
