Our team is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to contribute to development efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. About the role:

As a Senior Scrum Master,you will facilitate agile ceremonies, track team capacity and velocity, collaborate through ART Syncs and Scrum of Scrums and demos. Backlog refinement, program increment (PI) plannings, team stand-ups/syncs, and create Jira tickets (Features, Stories, and tasks) in support of objectives. Agile ceremonies and processes will adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

This program office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initial design, through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery.

What we are looking for:



  • Ten plus years of relevant experience
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost
  • Experience or knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain

    • SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams
    • SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree


Highly preferred:



  • Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience
  • Experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office
  • Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS), or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office
  • Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs


Clearance Requirements:



  • Active Secret security clearance


Work Type:



  • Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
  • May require up to 10% travel


Salary Range:



  • $105,000 - $140,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
