Customer Operations is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of quotations and orders for the ASML portfolio of products, including invoicing and collections. It is a challenging position in a dynamic and international environment with tight deadlines and a direct impact on ASML's financial results.

Roles and responsibilities:

This position will function in a hybrid role by managing the US Customer Service invoicing generation and delivery as well as supporting our Mature Products Customer Portal business.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Generating and delivering accurate and timely invoices for the US;
  • Ensuring accurate, complete and in-time follow-up and registration of quotation and order process;
  • Driving value-added feedback and review to ensure compliance of quotations and orders in financial administration;
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with Global Account and Finance team members to help ensure orders result in correct revenue recognition compliant with US GAAP.
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with account managers and account support for quotation, order and invoicing revisions
  • Closely co-operate and communicate with process stakeholders
  • Proactively seek continuous improvements in the execution of own and group activities, by improving efficiency and driving standardization.
  • Occasionally attending worldwide team and project meetings which may include meetings outside the standard 8-5 workday.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Master degree in Finance/Accountancy preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an international, publicly-traded company's finance department.
  • Experience with SAP ECC / SD is preferred
  • Experience with legal contracts, US sales tax and light accounting are helpful

Other information

  • This position is located on-site in Chandler, AZ . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs, up to 10%.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
