SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative/Logistics Specialist to support our Southern Arizona team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized problem solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to supporting a dynamic team for smooth and efficient operations. This position requires the ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively with all members of the team. The individual in this position will have high attention to detail, be able to prioritize, multi-task and possess strong time management skills. The ideal candidate will clearly communicate and provide needed support for employees while also being able to negotiate assertively with our vendors. This role will be based in the Tucson office as a hub employee (approximately 80% in-office) and will involve working with our Southern Arizona Field Staff, Project Managers, Team Leads, and Directors. This is a regular, full-time, hourly position and comes with full SWCA benefits. An employee in this Tucson, AZ position can expect an hourly pay rate of $21.50-$27.50/hour.
