Position Summary:

The Cath Lab/IR Radiologist Technologist, under the direction of the Cath Lab Clinical Manager, will assist in cardiac catheterization and the radiologist and angiographic procedures ensuring appropriate function of the Cardiac Catheterization/ Interventional Radiology Labs. Performs all other related work is completed as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Current California CRT license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate with spoken word, transport objects by holding in hands or arms, raise or lower objects from one level to another, turn, position or lift patients, move about on foot and perceive sounds by ear. Visual/auditory acuity to perform duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current ACLS certification.
• Scrub experience preferred.
• Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
