As an Human Resources Business Partner, you'll make a real difference as a key member of the HR Team in San Diego, providing strategic HR partnership with the business to support continued growth across sectors. To achieve this, you will use your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills challenging and advising the business on people and organization related issues and needs. This role also collaborates across the global HR organization, including with the HR expertise groups. This is a hybrid role and requires onsite presence to attend in-person, work-related events, trainings and meetings and to ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. Role and responsibilities:

Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
