Job Summary The Healthcare Relations Liaison facilitates relationships between hospitals, physicians and clinical leaders in assigned regional markets. They initiate one-on-one dialogue with potential referral sources and maintains professional relationships with current referral sources. They develop and drive cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient transfers and admissions that leverage our core areas of specialty. This process begins with identifying new prospects, educating them about our Physicians and the Hospital services and clearly establishing how we are able to differentiate ourselves from the competition. The Healthcare Relations Liaison utilizes their industry and sales experience to promote Prevea and the Hospitals to current and prospective referral sources, aiding in the patient admission/referral process. Serves as a liaison for problem-solving and ensuring physicians and Hospitals are exceeding their needs. This is a field-based position spending the majority of time in the field, making presentations, assessing the needs of referral partners patients and building these long-term relationships. What you will do * Responsible for developing long-term relationships with regional hospitals and provider practices, to provide them with next-level-care services for inpatient and outpatient specialty care services offered at HSHS and Prevea Health. * Serves as primary point of contact between Prevea/HSHS and provider/hospital systems across the region, managing existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health care support staff, while identifying new referral business opportunities for the system. * Serve as a resource to specialty care providers at Prevea Health, to assist in growing their practices by connecting them with external referral sources across the region. * Prepare and distribute informational materials and communications necessary for the development of provider relationships with our organization and collaborative partners. * Develops, implements, evaluates and refines market sales plans based upon data, trends, market needs and facility needs. Understands expected goals and monitors achievement of established goals. * Monitors referrals and provides reports to senior leadership while serving as an educational resource for HSHS and physician practices about referral patterns, new industry developments, healthcare acquisitions, and the various internal and external provider relationships. Education Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in health, healthcare, business, marketing, sales, or related field; or recent equivalent work experience in provider relations or clinical navigation. Required Experience Qualifications * 3-5 years Experience in supporting and achieving organizational results for marketing, business-to-business relationships, and/or healthcare sales strategies. Required * 2 years Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
