* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive. * Create new badges for new employees/contractors; Issue loaner badges employees forgot their badge. * Direct visitors to the appropriate person(s) and conference room(s). * Answer phone calls, direct to correct contact/forward messages * Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material. * Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email. * Inform managers of their interviews. * Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. (issue visitor badges) * Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stock. * Complete Daily log - indexing freight invoices * Support Ira/ARTeam - AWS, POs, schedule meetings, expense reports, order catering * GCEP trainings- download reports weekly * ARP Nominations program management * Sort and distribute mail * Coordinate with yoga instructor reschedule yoga classes * Arbor Day Tree donations * Lab Access Request- employees who request access to the labs complete form and receptionist to add access in their profile in the badge system. * MSRF/Shipping form- send shipments domestic/international * Assist with company events and trainings * Maintain and update phone extension list. * Assist in maintaining and updating all communications posted in the breakroom and facility in regard to company procedures, policies, events, programs, etc. * Support company initiatives on INTEGRITY related activities and DEI programs as needed and requested. * Other duties as assigned.
