Overall Summary:

The Account Manager is the primary contact for proof-of-concept testing, annual readiness testing, continuity recover, and disaster recovery.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
* Primary Client contact for proof-of-concept testing, annual readiness testing, continuity recovery, and disaster recovery.
* Schedules and coordinates spec gathering conference calls, tests, and visits.
* Reviews proposals, client contracts, and confidentiality forms.
* Provides written confirmation of changes to any production schedule.
* Keeps internal and external clients up to date on all projects.
* Updating of daily production reports.
* Generate all paperwork and memos to production area with instructions.
* Collects and disseminates clients specs to the recovery center.
* Maintains client file (electronically/physically) information.
* Conducts meetings with representatives from all involved departments to review the scope of the project.
* Provides back-up to support to the Account Management team (out of office coverage).
* Provides on-site support for testing and DR recovery needs

Minimum Education and Experience:
* Business or related degree preferred, technical disciplines a plus.
* 1+ years of Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery experience.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and balance changing client and company needs
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, especially Excel.

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Occasional travel as required; up to 10% of time.
