The successful candidate must possess strong and proven leadership, communication, collaborative and organizational skills along with a general understanding the mechanical operations of the resort's winter and summer operations. Requirements: Minimum High school graduate or equivalent. 5+ years of ski industry or resort hospitality management experience. Proven experience developing and writing budgets, hiring and training staff and guest service resolution. Experience in event management (weddings, concerts, etc.). An experienced leader with extensive ski/hospitality industry experience, with proven success in P&L management. Success at building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization. Experience operating both revenue and cost center operations and success at managing and leading a team. Proven ability to create opportunities to grow revenue and improve guest service. Knowledge managing our internal systems preferred (i.e., Sirius, Kronos, etc.). Experience in the development of strategic planning and execution of tactics and tasks to achieve those strategies within business units.
