About the Role

As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, organized and skilled "Program Coordinator" to support development of a critical standardization program within the Global Engineering Center of Excellence team.

The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end processes of developing a comprehensive program for our second product development. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, program management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure the successful delivery of the program from conceptualization to execution.

What You Will Do
  • As a program coordinator lead the planning, development, and execution of multi cross functional projects/programs
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, Project Planning, and to ensure program objectives align with the company's strategic goals and operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams' collaboration to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of program milestones.
  • Develop detailed execution plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate progress bottlenecks and support resolution identification and successful implementation throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback mechanisms and best practices into program development processes.
  • In collaboration with technical SME support managing and supporting compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and other stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program or project management, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors, with a track record of developing and executing programs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Embrace an organized and result focused approach in the programs
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools and progress reporting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, facility infrastructure, and battery technology is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI is PLUS.
  • Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)
  • Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)

Work Environment
