WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:
As a part of the National MarComms team, the Digital Enterprise Product Owner will identify, document, and lead the business prioritization of all new enterprise initiatives for Redcross.org (RCO) - the flagship public-facing digital property for the American Red Cross. Using Agile methodologies, and as an active member of the Scrum team, the Product Owner will work closely with Scrum Master, Developer, QA, and UAT to ensure Sprints are scoped and prioritized to meet business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce digital marketing professional to join our team. Redcross.org (RCO) utilizes Adobe Marketing Cloud and its' various products. You'll be working with many stakeholders to assign prioritized value based off impact on stakeholders KPI's to determine RCO's roadmap.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our online presence is not only functional but also engaging and user-friendly. You will define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and market needs.

Advocating for the end-user by analyzing user research, analyzing feedback, and ensuring the website meets their needs and expectations is crucial. Tracking and analyzing website performance metrics, you will use data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will keep our website ahead of the curve. Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the development process will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Additionally, you will clearly articulate product requirements and updates to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States with a preference to work East Coast hours.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
* Work with key enterprise and partner stakeholders to translate business needs into creative online solutions and provide consultation as a SME for Redcross.org (RCO).
* Define sprint goals and work with IT scrum teams to define and finalize sprint scope as well as support scrum and UAT teams during development and release cycles.
* Make ongoing product recommendations and provide final go/no go decisions representing enterprise during scheduled releases and development cycles to RCO.
* Manage the RCO enterprise product roadmap/innovation process with enterprise leadership and provide direction to enterprise functional teams at ARC to ensure successful project launches that interact and integrate across the ARC ecosystem both online and offline.
* Support strategy and implementation of constituent use cases on RCO and associated components of the Adobe Experience Cloud including AEM, Analytics, Target and Campaign.
* Manage RCO development backlog and prioritization process.
* Define and provide reporting requirements for all new feature KPI's.
* Provide coaching, development & support to any current or future Business Analysts in the translation of business requirements to the creation & documentation of technical requirements for IT Scrum.
* Support organization wide campaigns (IE: Giving Day; Holiday; Sound the Alarm) with digital components.
* Develop business cases on new projects to ensure maximum ROI on requests.
* Manage external partner relationships and collaborate on new projects, including intake and assessment for scope of business opportunity and ROI.
* Keeps abreast of current digital best practice and the use of digital tools and technologies to support innovation at the American Red Cross.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with e-commerce websites.
* Agile Experience is a must; Agile Certifications is preferred.
* Experience in Adobe Cloud components and Adobe Experience Manager content management system.
* Experience using agile tools including Jira and Confluence required.
* Deep knowledge of UX design, content strategies & e-commerce conversion flows.

Required Skills:
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically along with detailed focus required to implement a tactical plan.
* Demonstrated understanding of online personas/user journeys as it relates to product development decisions.
* Strong focus on results delivery.
* Leadership ability to help guide SCRUM teams
* Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and multidimensional environment.
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication & presentation skills.
* Knowledge of pertinent web development software, and knowledge of Internet technology and its related applications in a complex web site.
* Experienced in dealing with ambiguity and delivering in a deadline-driven environment.

* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.** This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
