HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE - COMMERCIAL PRODUCT LEADERSHIP - P&L

The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a senior level Director, Product Management to manage a team of product managers in a dynamic product group and high growth vertical within their global business. HQ'd in the Chicago area. Hybrid Role.

This role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:

• Product Management & Voice of Customer (VOC)
• P&L Management & Commercial Excellence
• Product Road mapping + Innovation/NPD
• Team Building and Management

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus)

* Experience with Strategic Product Management & Commercialization

* VOC Experience & Product Road Mapping

* Connected Products and/or IoT Experience a plus

* Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
