As the Senior Events Operations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic, complex marketing events programs, including but not limited to, BetterUp's tentpole portfolio, and regional executive engagement programs.This role requires exceptional leadership and operational expertise to manage cross-functional teams, key project milestones, event logistics and production, and leadership stakeholder coordination. With your strong project management skills, you will ensure the seamless delivery of events that elevate BetterUp's brand visibility, foster executive-level engagement, and drive revenue growth for BetterUp. You'll be responsible for aligning teams across the business, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your ability to oversee multiple workstreams and navigate operational complexities with creativity and positivity will be critical to the success of BetterUp's most high-impact events. What You'll Do

The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $198,000.
