Responsible for implementing Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) Standards, the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager drives continuous improvement and productivity in a manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Operational Excellence Sr. Manager. Your responsibilities
* Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and quality. Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement initiative aiming to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce waste * Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data, develop KPIs and metrics. * TPM / WCM Initiatives: Lead TPM / WCM pillars. Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on core principles of TPM / WCM / Lean. * Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Define project scope and communicate updates to senior management. * Documentation & Compliance: Document process changes, ensure compliance with standards. Review and update SOPs. * Change Management: Develop strategies for RPS and productivity projects deployment. Lead change initiatives, aligning with organizational goals. * Stakeholder Engagement: Integrate lean principles with various departments. Train and support employees in continuous improvement. * Productivity Project Governance: Facilitate ideation events, monitor productivity projects. Update global productivity tracker. * Interpret data & analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. * Develop, implement and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. * Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. * Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. * Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. * Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. * Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. The experience we're looking for
Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree. * 5+ years of manufacturing experience. * 2+ years in Lean Manufacturing Principles. * Expertise in TPM / WCM / Lean and CI methodologies. * Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. * Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CI Tools and strategy implementation. * Six Sigma Black/Green Belt tools * Experience with Power Bi and Power Apps * Advanced presentation, communication (verbal and written), and Excel skills are required. * Passionate about data and analyzing business needs. USD $105,000.00 -$157,000.00 US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
