Your Role on Our Team:
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sr. Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading essential functions of a hyper-growth sales organization and supporting the company's strategies and objectives. These include sales analytics, sales forecasting, process improvements, best practice sharing, and technological advancement.
The Sr. Sales Operations Manager will drive business insights and act as a key partner to cross-functional teams. This role requires a high-performing individual who thinks beyond the scope of the current role, who develops innovative ways of approaching problems, and who demonstrates an uncanny ability to effectively communicate information across multiple projects.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Manage a successful sales analytics team responsible for providing critical insight into sales activity, sales performance, and trends to the sales organization and key stakeholders
Proactively review and effectively communicate clear business insights from complex data sets to improve sales strategies and plans with Regional Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
Develop expertise in business tools to provide customer-specific best-in-class business analysis
Provide fact-based analytical support and recommendations to optimize revenue operations
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments and sales leadership to design, develop, and modify processes to deliver sales results and business enhancements
Coordinate with sales leadership to define and implement sales initiatives
Establish strong working internal relationships with cross-functional teams
Lead opportunity execution across the commercial organization, including identification, analysis, planning, and measurement across multiple stakeholders
Recommend process improvement efforts and create solutions to optimize collaboration, and information sharing and improve sales productivity
Manage and communicate ad hoc sales reports to Sales and other stakeholders
Lead segments of Milwaukee's Sales onboarding program
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
5+ years analytical experience in sales analysis, finance, sales planning, or strategy consulting
Strong Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, Interpretation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Success in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions, and working effectively in a matrix environment
High work capacity, dependable, results oriented and strong sense of urgency
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
