Description This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Preferably in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA office locations. Full-time hybrid position with possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. The Executive Director oversees release management and operations management for the Enterprise Business Applications pillar under the direction of the Group VP. Key responsibilities of this role include leading operations management and release management for our enterprise business applications, including but not limited to Oracle Cloud ERP, Strata, and UKG-Pro, RFsmart, etc. This position is responsible for leading, mentoring and developing managers as well as other staff. This position will work in close collaboration with VPs, Directors, managers and other leaders and staff across the system. This position will create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues involving business and information services monitoring, operations and support. It will also work to standardize complex and disparate processes and methodologies related to deployment of enterprise business operations. Release Management Develops and manages the deployment of enhancement and changes to the Providence's ERP, budgeting, timekeeping, and workforce management platforms to new affiliations and restructuring projects.
