Position description

The Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology are Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, School of Medicine, at the University of California, Irvine has an opening for an Associate Project Scientist/Lab Manager position.

Applications are being sought from recent Ph.D, or M.D./Ph.D. graduates in the Biological/Immunological Sciences. Interdisciplinary skills and approaches in Genomics, Bioinformatics, RNA Sequencing, CyToF, FACS, Advanced Imaging, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, and animal models are strongly desired. The incumbent must be comfortable and/or have experience in working with laboratory animal models (mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits), and with human samples and an understanding of advanced immunological, virological, and pathological methods. This is an ongoing recruitment. Position is immediately open.
