In this position, the Human Resources Generalist/Manager will work closely with the Corporate Light Vehicle HR team to provide global HR support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training & organizational development, compensation & benefits administration, headcount reporting, AAP and EEOC Compliance, communications, safety, payroll, and other HR administration to the Light Vehicle business unit plants and functional team.
